Where we work, we can document effects

"For me, it's about helping the managers and employees who are responsible for meeting the citizens with coherence and integrity. Therefore, we have spent the last several years combining research and practical work to find out what actually works when we have to create more coherent efforts for the citizens who have complex challenges. It is about developing coherent management, coherent efforts and coherent solutions that actually have an effect on citizens' lives. And which at the same time can be felt in the municipality's economy by it becoming more efficient.

In Joint Action, we are focusing on one of the biggest challenges in the public sector – namely the lack of collaboration between different professional units. The consequence of the lack of ability to handle complex challenges together can, among other things, is measured in large and growing public expenses and a lack of "actual" help for the individual citizen, with the negative consequences this entails, for both citizens and society.

In the books and articles we are authors of, we describe both the theoretical principles behind our methods , but also how we concretely work to ensure the desired development. By using our IT platform, it is possible both to get data on the cohesion, and not least to get concrete advice and guidance to ensure the desired development.

We have come a long way, but we are not there yet. We constantly want to be aware of what concretely contributes to strengthening the interdisciplinary collaboration - and we do this both together with researchers and with our customers. We hope you will also like to join us.”
